Storage and Handling of Solvents & Crude Containers

• Solvent Storage: Solvents are stored in containers made of compatible materials and certified as per safety standards. Larger quantities are stored in dedicated storage tanks.

•Crude Material Storage: Crude materials are stored in MS (Mild Steel) tanks — we have 100 such tanks.

•Distilled Material Storage: Distilled materials are stored in SS (Stainless Steel) storage tanks — 50 tanks in total.

•Licensing: All storage tanks are installed as per the Explosive License requirements.

Distillation Process

•We have 2 reactors:

1.For fraction collection

2.For fresh solvent collection

Safety Norms for Loading & Unloading

•As per safety guidelines, loading and unloading are done using a 4-clip (fork) machine only — no manual handling. This minimizes accident risk.

•Whether loading from or into drums, the 4-clip machine is used exclusively.

Quality & Uniformity Assurance

•When supplying in drums (e.g., 100 or 200 drums), the material is first made uniform in a storage tank and then filled into each drum, ensuring all drums have identical quality and specifications.

•This uniformity is maintained regardless of quantity — whether 10 drums or 1000 drums — and is a key specialty of our operations.
