Our Director, Mr. Geddam Bujji, brings over two decades of experience and an inspiring journey of perseverance and business excellence.

Early Influences

Born into a humble farming family, Mr. Geddam Bujji brings to Sree Leo Enterprises the grounded wisdom of the soil and the far-reaching vision of a spiritual seeker. With a B.Com degree and a deep sense of responsibility from an early age, he helped support his father’s mango business—learning discipline, ethics, and hands-on enterprise management.

A Vision Beyond

But Mr. Bujji's life has never been about material growth alone. A devoted practitioner and trainer of Heartfulness meditation, his leadership philosophy is rooted in balance, compassion, and clarity. His spiritual journey is not separate from his business it is the very soul of how he leads.

He believes that ethical business, driven by purpose, can uplift communities. This belief became the foundation for co-founding Sree Leo Enterprises—a company that would not only deliver high-quality chemical solutions but also operate with conscience.

Early Influences

Mr.Veluvolu Srinivas Rao’s journey is one of bold choices and hands-on learning. An intermediate dropout, he chose experience over degrees and quickly immersed himself in real-world industries. He began at Neuland Laboratories, working in the R&D department—an unusual start for someone without a formal science education.

A Vision Beyond

His sharp observational skills and dedication took him to larger infrastructure projects like the Ramanpadu water project and the Joorala balanced reservoir. Working in contract roles in Atmakur, he developed an eye for operational detail and a network of contacts that would serve him for years to come. It was through these experiences that Srinivas Rao stepped into the world of chemical trading.

Smart Business

With street-smart business sense and a relentless drive, he co-founded Sree Leo Enterprises. His knowledge of ground operations and resource handling now fuels the strategic expansion of the company. Today, he brings a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, local sourcing, and industry connections, making him an invaluable force behind Sree Leo’s continued growth.
